Last night I finished this block for an exchange at my guild:
I don't know the name, but I love pinwheels, so this pattern goes in the "make more later" pile! Everyone was instructed to use red, gold and black, then the blue area will be multi-color/quilter's choice. I had fun digging through my stash for colors! I have a green picked out to make another block. Still plugging along on bindings and the Jaywalkers and counting the days until the first Rockin' Sock Club package arrives from Blue Moon Fibers!

Hi, Andi. What a great block. I'm fairly new to quilting...on my second quilt. It's a turning twenty. I have an embroidery machine, and I've embroidered faeries, etc., on 7 blocks. Also, these are no two alike fabrics on the quilt. It's for my middle daughter. My first was a lap quilt for a granddaughter.
So, you just went off the Vestry. This will be my first experience. Raf has been on, but not me. I also am webmaster for the church website, and we are looking at a craft ministry, too, as well as Daughters of the King. Our church has been going down hill, and it is now growing again.
